The game lets you use DX11 for better rendering performance, but effectively it doesn't matter, the engine is apparently too old to take advantage of The 64bit-aware applications get over 16 64 extra registers as well as a bunch of other features (more instructions) compared to 32bit ones. This should translate into at least some extra performance in most workloads. Maybe something else is the bottleneck of your setup than the CPU. In that case it might not matter.
