At the moment it appears to be an authentication issue. Please open the appropriate internal tickets and escalate. Same issue is happening with me! I can access my emails through the app but not by logging in thru att.net /currently. Their servers are all a mess. A couple months ago I had to wait almost a month before I was able to log into my account. Disaster.
