Kineticist builds aren't too varied simply due to the fact that their class features rely heavily on staying single class. You can get away with taking a 1 lvl dip without losing much power so most folks go Monk, although I like to go Stigmatised Witch for the Mage Armor spell, +2 AC hex, +1AC familiar, plus fire immunity way later on (doesnt come online till lvl 19).As Kineticist you can also pump your Mobility high and benefit a lot from Mounted Combat and Indomitable Mount feats.
