I’d recommend hitting a minimum of 135 speed as that passes both the cycle breakpoint and grants you the 12% damage boost from FF:G (planar). As for attack I’d recommend somewhere like 3400+ at a minimum. For reference my Kafka is 3622 ATK, 139 speed (completely F2P, E0 Fermata S5).
